The Opportunity
As our ecology practice continues to grow and expand across Queensland, we are looking for a talented and driven Senior Ecologist (Associate level) to join our Brisbane team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our ecology services, our team, supporting strategic growth, and delivering high-impact environmental outcomes.

About you
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic leader with a strong ecology background in environmental consulting, ideally, someone with at least 10 years’ who successfully led complex projects, built lasting client relationships, and mentored high-performing teams.
In this role, you will work directly with the Principal Ecologist, where you will provide both project management, technical leadership and support business growth.
